CAP 311E AIR POLLUTION CONTROL (AIR CONTROL ZONES) (DECLARATION) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER
| (Cap 311 section 6) [24 December 1986] (L.N. 312 of 1986; L.N. 388 of 1989) Cap 311E para 1 Citation This order may be cited as the Air Pollution Control (Air Control Zones) (Declaration) (Consolidation) Order. (Enacted 1986) Cap 311E para 2 Declaration of air control zones It is declared that those parts of Hong Kong more particularly described in Schedules 1 to 10 shall be air control zones to be known as the air control zone named in each schedule respectively. (Enacted 1986) Cap 311E Sched 1 HARBOUR AIR CONTROL ZONE [paragraph 2] The area delineated and bounded by a blue line on a map numbered TWM 2223, signed by the Secretary for Health and Welfare on 4 December 1986 and deposited in the Land Registry at Victoria. (8 of 1993 s. 30) Cap 311E Sched 2 TSUEN WAN-KWAI CHUNG AIR CONTROL ZONE [paragraph 2] The area delineated and bounded by a blue line on a map numbered TWM 2224, signed by the Secretary for Health and Welfare on 4 December 1986 and deposited in the Land Registry at Victoria.
