CAP 466A DUMPING AT SEA (FEES) REGULATION
| (Cap 466 section 32) [10 January 1997] (L.N. 502 of 1996) Cap 466A s 1 (Omitted as spent) (Omitted as spent) (Enacted 1996) Cap 466A s 2 Fees (1) The fees set out in item 1 of the Schedule are prescribed for the purposes of section 10(8) of the Ordinance. (2) The fee set out in item 2 of the Schedule is prescribed for the purposes of section 6(1)(c) of the Ordinance.
