CAP 313M HONG KONG - MACAU FERRY TERMINAL RESTRICTED AREA BOUNDARIES NOTICE
| (Regulation 11 of the Shipping and Port Control (Hong Kong-China and Macau Ferry Terminals) Regulations) [31 October 1985] (L.N. 279 of 1985) Cap 313M para 1 Citation This notice may be cited as the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal Restricted Area Boundaries Notice. (Enacted 1985) Cap 313M para 2 Restricted area boundaries It is declared that the area of land at the Hong Kong - Macau Ferry Terminal, of approximately 1.790 hectares in aggregate area and edged in red on the plan Serial No. DM17 dated 3 May 1985, signed by the Director of Marine and deposited in his office, is a restricted area for the purposes of the principal regulations. (Enacted 1985) |
